He performs music ranging from the Baroque, Renaissance, Classical and Romantic periods to modern styles including Tango, Nuevo Flamenco, Bossa Nova and Jazz standards. He is currently teaching guitar at Tarrant County College Southeast and at Brookhaven College. |

Stephen Nutt has been performing solo classical
guitar in the Dallas/Fort Worth area since 1989.
After his undergraduate work at the University of
North Texas, he turned his attention to solo guitar
and later completed a Master of Music degree in
Classical Guitar Performance in 1991.
His performance experience illustrates his stylistic diversity, and through the 1990's he performed regularly as a member of pop/variety band The Sutcliffes, the jazz combo group Coffee Attractions, and acted as singer, song writer and guitarist for the rock trio Fury III.
